we were recently here shopping for a new suit, all the workers were just standing at one table talking in their language and laughing out loud. Not one of them asked us if we needed help, not one of them welcomed us or told us to have a nice day. By far some of the worst service we’ve ever had very disappointed.

Over the years Ive shopped at Uomo on Corydon Ave and till they closed it was good. Also at Stonehouse in Polo Park when they existed. Always thought Moores was a step down. Well over the last year or so Ive discovered not the case. Great service from the staff and tailor and very good January and overall pricing. For Basic black pants and nice work shirts with pockets. This is a good company to shop at. I'll give them a look for sure when all the suits I bought at the Uomo Closeout don't fit or wear out.

Had to rent a suit for a wedding here after multiple fittings and measurements still ended up with a suit that didn't fit properly to due time shortages was faced with either accepting the I'll fitting suit or backing out of the wedding party the day before. The shoes were so bad that everyone who had rented a suit for the wedding party swapped to either barefoot or w/e they could find the second the ceremony ended. It was unaniomous among they've of us that they werevthe worst shoes weve ever wornI can honestly say I've walked on Lego that was more comfortable than what was provided by the rental.

Recently visited this moores location with my dad. The manager on the floor was very understanding in helping my father process a return that was sort of outside of their return policy. We appreciate the manager and the store’s understanding and turned a potentially stressful experience into a highly positive one.
